About the CWE Founder/ CEO
Mr. Klein is a licensed professional engineer having over 40 years of professional experience. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. HIs federal service has included the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Upon federal retirement, Mr. Klein founded CoastWatch Engineering in 2001 and continues his work for clients throughout the US and abroad.
